For those of us that like to travel by car or campervan, the prospect of unexpected fines from entering a ULEZ zone has become quite a challenge. We got caught out in Bristol and fortunately, after appealing, the fines were cancelled (we still had to pay the £9 for each of the days we were there – promoting the city I might add).
