Local independent travel agent fights through the pandemic by offering flexible travel terms.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic decimating the travel industry, small independent agent, Wantage based Rachel Tredwell of Not Just Travel, has continued to work with tour operators to give customers the opportunity to book holidays with flexible terms, giving them the chance to have a holiday to look forward to without the worry of losing their money if travel restrictions change at the last minute.

She is currently offering a River Cruise through Europe in November 2021, winding down the Danube taking in Budapest, Vienna and Salzburg.

The cruise operator is Ama Waterways who are working in association with Chapel Down wines on this trip to give their guests exclusive vineyard tours, wine tastings and on-board wine pairings and discussion.

The cancellation terms on the cruises allow guests to change their sailing date totally free of charge up to 48 hours prior to departure, meaning any last-minute travel restrictions imposed, won’t result in customers losing money.

Those interested in cruising can join a virtual cruise on 27th January at 4pm by registering here.

Rachel says: “The world has been closed for a very long time now, but the travel industry has made huge efforts to protect consumers, and the industry leading terms offered by Ama Waterways on this cruise demonstrate that. We are really looking forward to seeing people enjoy travel again as the world opens up.”
